PREAMBLE:
Whereas it is well known that civilization started in Africa, it is appalling to know that Africa remains the most uncivilized and poorest continent on earth. This is evident from the poverty level, illiteracy level, human rights abuses, dictatorships, physical violence, murder, rape, forced marriages and labour especially on women and young girls. It is thus our obligations to show some care to Africa.

LOCATION AND DURATION:
The registered office of the NGO shall be at Athens with the possibility of having branches in African Countries. The duration of the NGO is unlimited.

OBJECTIVES:

• (i) Execute educational and cultural programs that will contribute to poverty eradication in which now or hereafter may be deemed to be non-profit by law in any part of Africa and for such other ancillary non-profitable purposes the Board of directors may determine
• (ii) To write, print, publish issue and circulate gratuitously or otherwise any reports, periodicals, books, newspapers, broadcasting, films, pamphlets, leaflets and other documents for media and stakeholders.
• (iii) To build capacity, advocate, influence stakeholders and governments on pro-educational and cultural issues.
• (iv) To ensure that there are adequate financial and non financial resources at all times for the purpose of promoting the objectives of the Organisation and procure contributions by way of donations, subscriptions, devises, and bequests towards the Organisation.
• (v) To enhance our legitimacy and constantly maintain the highest standards of accountability to the people and communities where we work.
• (vi) To develop and maximize the utilization of skills, knowledge and capacity of our organisational human resources and relationships across various parts of the Organisation for increased synergy and reduced wasteful duplication.
• (vii) Conduct scientific researches in order to find solutions to Africa’s educational and cultural problems and to educate the general public and decision-makers as to the same;
• (viii)Expanding possibilities for the involvement of young people in Africa and overseas in the field of charity towards Africa;
• (ix) Promoting and participating in various charity and humanitarian activities.
• (x) Provide educational assistance through scholarships and materials to needy Africans to alleviate the literacy level.
• (xi) View to the objects set forth under i-xi, to work as a non-governmental organization for the betterment of Africa and its people.

VISION AND MISSION  OF THE ORGANISATION

a) VISION: Where ever there is  injustice or and denial of basic rights to education, cultural rites that lead to human rights abuse, the empowerment of the poor people is needed to be achieved.
b) MISSION: The mission of the organisation shall be directed at working with the uneducated, poor and marginalized people of Africa with the aim of eradicating illiteracy and poverty. Also to promote the rich culture of Africa to the western world.
