To preserve our planet and fight global warming, Care Africa with its partners  target the following environmental activities:

1. Tree planting exercise: Trees purify the atmosphere by absorbing. In addition to improving air quality, trees absorb carbon dioxide – a greenhouse gas that contributes to global warming. In collaboration with traditional rulers and Rotary international, Care Africa carries out a yearly tree planting exercise across Africa. We have slogans like: plant a tree on your birth date, Stop talking about global warming, plant a tree, Trees for our health, Trees for our future etc.

2. Environmental awareness: Care Africa educate the local population on how to protect the environment through seminars, cultural activities and community exercises.
